Firstly, going for a walk is very good for our health. Every day I get up early to jog with my mother. We often walk from our house to the park for about twenty minutes so I feel better. Secondly, it is very easy to do and doesn't cost much. The only thing you need is a pair of shoes. It takes you a little time yo do. Finally, you don't spend much money on sport clothes. You can wear clothes you like. In short, walking is a fun, easy and inexpensive activity; people of all ages and abilities can enjoy it. You should walk every day to keep fit and stay healthy.
